From our first team practice to our latest season, our mission has stayed the same: build players who are skilled, confident, and grounded in values that last beyond the game.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Shooters Elite didn't begin as a business plan — it began as a family decision.
Around our kitchen table, we realized basketball should mean more: more mentorship, more integrity, and more genuine growth. When we looked around we saw programs focused on numbers and wins, but not enough on character, guidance, or the values we teach our own children — discipline, respect, integrity, and care.
So we built a program we wished existed.
From day one, our mission has been to create a place that feels like home — where players are coached with respect, where families feel supported, and where lessons from the court translates into life.
With our own children part of this journey, everything we do is shaped by faith, effort, and character. That foundation guides how we teach, how we mentor, and how we lead.
Today Shooters Elite is exactly what we envisioned: a family-centered program where student-athletes are not just trained, but seen, heard, and guided. A community built on unity and purpose — and a place where every player who joins becomes part of the Shooters Elite family.

Coach Andy — Founder/Head Coach/Player Development Specialist
Coach Andy uses basketball as a vehicle to teach lessons that reach far beyond the court. A teacher, mentor, and motivator at his core, he has built Shooters Elite around one guiding belief: how you do anything is how you do everything. His coaching goes deeper than skilled work — it's character-driven, purposeful, and rooted in discipline. He challenges every player to show up with focus, effort, and heart, not just during practice or games, but in every area of their lives. For Coach Andy, the goal isn't only to help student-athletes win in basketball...it's to help them win in life.
Tania — Director of Operations & Marketing/Videographer
As the organizer and creative heartbeat behind Shooters Elite, Tania ensures that every part of the program reflects our core values — welcoming families, providing structure, and leading with genuine care. She pours intention into every detail so that every player and parent feels seen, valued, and connected to something bigger than basketball: a community built on purpose, respect, and heart.

Coach Zechariah or "Coach Z" — Basketball Coach/Performance Trainer/Player Development Specialist
As both a coach and a product of this program's values, Coach Z brings unmatched energy, discipline, and empathy to every workout. His sessions push players to be stronger, smarter, and mentally tougher — always reminding them that greatness starts with self-belief and consistent effort.
Zoë Dardaine — Stats Coordinator
The youngest member of the Shooters Elite family, Zoë reminds us why we do what we do. Whether she's tracking stats or cheering from the sidelines, she embodies the next generation of leadership and light within the program.
